Can I use my passport when checking in at the terminial?

If you are from foreign countries, you can use your international driver license and passport. If you are from the USA, you can use your driver license as your ID card.

Do Grand Canyon tours go on a daily basis?

Grand Canyon tours operate daily 365 days a year.

Do all airlines / bus companies use the same route when going to Grand Canyon?

The FAA and the Department of Transportation both use the same route and are under strict control and are subject to penalties for illegal routes and unsafe goods.

How can I book the tour?

Click on the ” Proceed Booking” at each of the tour product. After processing, we will send you the reservation information and voucher by email.

What should I take when going to Grand Canyon?

ID card, comfortable clothing / sneaker, extra clothes for the weather, cameras, sunscreen etc

Will I be picked up from hotel in Las Vegas when going to Grand Canyon tour?

Pick-up is available at major hotel.

What is the cancellation policy for Grand Canyon tours?

Grand Canyon tours are not able to cancel within 72 hours of the tour departure.

Detailed cancellation policy for the Grand Canyon tours will be emailed to you after confirmation of your reservation.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Grand Canyon tours are likely to be confirmed at the desired time and date if you make a reservation in advance.
In particular, reservation must be made in advance during the summer season. (May to August),

When can I receive a voucher?

We will send you a voucher and booking information via email within 24 hours of your Grand Canyon tour seating confirmed. The contents of the email are accompanied by a voucher with information such as location of the pick-up, pick-up time, and tour schedule.
If you need a tour voucher in a hurry, please contact us as soon as possible.

I received a booking confirmation (e-ticket) by email, will I get additional charge for checking in at the terminal?

No, if you have confirmed an e-ticket, there is no additional charge.

How do you distinguish the shuttle that are picked up at the hotel?

The reservation agent will send an information you by e-mail or telephone.

Are children (infants) discounted?

There is an additional discount of $10 per person between the ages of 2 and 11, and 0~1-year-olds are free when they join their parents’ seats.
